They will sell it later than sooner.
If the intent was to sell right away they would have cashed up the spincos more than 3 million a piece. They left the bulk of the cash in the merged entity(for future drilling and operating expenses you would assume). Also both companies will able to accelerate there warrants from previous financing pretty quickly and have even more cash.....
Remember Hathor discovered roughrider in Feb. 2008 and sold in November 2011. Thats almost 4 years. Denison has put over 400 holes into its phoenix deposit and is still growing it every year. We stand at about 90 holes +/- today. I think time is money and selling now is nice, selling later is more money.
