Price..
Can't believe the price gap between AMW and FCU.. Just seems rediculous, you would think it would've closed by now, but it seems it's going to be this way until the merger is complete..
Right now 1000 shares of AMW has a value of $7160 and the equivalent takeover value in FCU shares, which is 5725 shares (1000 x 5.725) has a value of $7671... A difference of $511, AMW would have to be trading at around $7.67 to match this...
Now I know some of you say, it has to do with the value of the spinouts and silly patent thing... But lets be realistic here, I know what attracted me to this play and kept me here, PLS... So I don't ascribe any value to the spinouts, in fact I think the next big discovery will be made by Nexgen or the WASP companies, so I would rather park any extra money I have with them over AMW or FCU spinouts... Besides that my interest is PLS and I would think most shareholders in both companies would feel the same way, so wouldn't you want to get the most value (in PLS) for your money and right now that's with AMW and has been for a while now... I just don't get it...

I think you may be confusing share price with market cap? Buying FCU in the $1.30s is not cheaper than buying AMW in the low $7s if you after PLS exposure. The math bears this out. Anyway, the conversion will happen at the specified amount in the end anyway so no worry for holders of AMW IMHO. bfw
