TD has been doing this since December 2012... someone there got snubbed. Either that or it is there Modus Operandi on tight floats to cut the ask in increments never offering much more than 100 shares here and there. What I never understand is that they buy a week later at a higher price Whatever most of us sub 1's and 2's and so flip your 100k shares amongst  yourselves in the end
