They're really working overtime...

...  the bashers are now attempting to create something out of nothing. They're coming out of the woodwork spreading complete nonsense. Funny how it happens so last minute? Why didn't they try to save us earlier? Obviously they'd like some extra shares just a little cheaper!

Reminds me of HAT all over again. Are these bashers rebranded scum?

No one is bashing anyone here. I am a shareholder of AMW. It appears you are not. Last minute? Why did the news come out only on Friday? Why not earlier?

News? what news? Who cares about a dispute over a mining claim when it looks like, for now, the only other promising Co in the area is FDC

Why did you create this profile on November 13th? was that the day you bought AMW? why didn't you join our merry group before? how many shares do you hold? how long have you held? what is your background in civil suits filed between corporations? what is your broker's background? why would he call the company and not you? will you post their response? For the record I have been here since ...more

I joined the Stockhouse Community on November 15th. The only question I will answer is that my broker is qualified and has several investors/clients in both FCU and AMW. A professional broker will call the company for his clients and ask the questions. Besides he introduced AMW to me sometime ago. And for your enjoyment, I purchased AMW shares above the share price you ...more

No need I am known for being here longer than a calendar week... If you own even at this level you will do well.  Feel free to vote no its is yours and your brokers right... Its pretty much in the hands of the big boys hands but then your professional broker would have told you that. All the best Lev "the lucky novice"

@battleready - A bit of a rocky start for you on Stockhouse I'd say.  The thing you seem to be disgruntled over is that AMW will not offer you legal advice on the claim/counterclaim.  The simple fact is,  AMW cannot foretell the future and an error in any advice offered could be grounds for a claim.   I mean, you complained over the page number of the disclosure of the ...more

@bridge2nowhere - Yep, a tough start. Been accused for bashing, questioning my motives. I will get over it. You say "What would happen if the Court ruled differently on a point AMW offered advice on?", What if the reverse happens? What if the counterclaim is successful and the BCSC gets involved? Like you said "That's something that shouldn't be that difficult to grasp' ...more

@battleready - Nobody cares how you vote, and for you and your brokers information, it's standard practice for a company not to comment on an issue before the court.  AMW owes you nothing.  Get over yourself already.

Battle, you're cutting off your nose to spite your fac, this lawsuit is NOT material compared to the market cap of this deal..if FCU loses, it'll likely give up the properties it is claiming were "stolen" as the settlement.. aside from some costs that'll be it imho..but if the deal doesn't go thru AMW will trade at a 15% discount to FCU's market cap..your loss will be ...more
