AMW vs FCU share price

I am surprised shareholders are willing to sell at  6.07 when they will get 5.725 FCU shares in a few days. Both stocks will have no spinco shares but FCU needs to drop  below $1.06 before it is a good sale.
I expect we will get some assays shortly which will keep the FCU price in the same range with Fission 3.0 corp shares spun out.
