Somebody Knows Something. Buyout? Contract?

Looks like a big player knows something that we all don't. Last week or so big volume shooting the stock higher indifferent to price. Looks like someone wants to get in quickly trying to front run news. Finally saw some insider buying plus the buyback being engaged looks like a setup for another deal announcement to me as we shoot through all these moving averages. Time to go test the top end of the recent range around 2.40-2.50 SP.

UNfortunately, it looks to be trying to break $2.05.... buy on the dips.
