Analyst Pardeep Sangha was pretty close with his target

Sangha thinks Espial will generate Adjusted EBITDA of negative $7.3-million on revenue of $30.8-million in fiscal 2017. He expects those numbers will improve to EBITDA of negative $200,000 on a topline of $37.9-million the following year. Numbers came in at Adjusted EBITDA of -$4,966,478 and Revenue of $33.4 million.

also the current elevate customers make up 2 million subscribers and the addressable market is 20 million. So far 15% of the subscribers have been penetrated. Each subscribers is worth ~10.00. They are still going after the other 1 million subscriber base via the WHS channel. Looks like a great quarter. Lot of analyst called in and they all seemed happy with the quarter. Dolvane (CEO) wasn't as enthousiastic as in prior calls. I think he's getting a lot of pressure from the BOD and majotity owners. His days might be numbered which would be a good thing in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of the CFO either. I believe ESP is way undervalued and stock price doesn't reflect fundamentals and the potential of Elevate.

They are great engineers and innovators, poor business people. They could really use a revamping of there website as well. Thanks fellow share holders for all your insight....
