FED fundamentals

The company has 142MM f-d, so current market cap at today's close is $163MM. The escrowed shares are, of course, part of that calculaton. Of the 142MM f-d shares, just over 54MM are escrowed on a time release basis. There's another 24MM warrants that are tradeable (FED.WT) and about 8MM options. So, there are 57MM shares outstanding and trading.

Insiders own about 50% of the f-d shares.

An Inferred Resource has been calculated. Ther is 28.1Mt@ 29% KCI averaging 3.6 metres thick on the Sylvinite Member and on the Kaintite Member it's 95.4 MT @ 18.3 KCI averaging 8.3 metres thck. Overall, on an inferred basis, there are 128MM tonnes inferred averaging 21% KCI.

AAA has a market cap of $310-320MM. Based on the resource FED is holding and the fact it can open pit the east side,  AAA may be the stock that is overvalued. Rather than the mindless blather about FED being a pump and dump, use the above info and other comparables and explain why FED is overvalued in comparison to AAA.
