Just got this from David J. Deslauriers, if you do not know who he is you mght want to take a second brush at Due Diligence.

Dear Shareholders,

 

GMFB Communications is temporarilyaway.

 

The company learnt over the weekend that the reasonfor the drop in share price on Friday was that one fund that was placed with 2.2mil units in the financing at 50c had their fund manager move to a differentfirm.

 

The new fund manager doesn't know what he owns andis liquidating the position.  This is a temporary overhang on the stockwhich has traded over 35 mil shares since listing March11th.

the PUMPERS are out in full force with that e-mail.  The heavyweights are trying to re-bound the stock price on pure SPECULATION.Maybe GMFB got fired?????  Whatever it is I can bet that the securities commission wouldn't approve of such PUMPING of the stock.

You might want to take a second brush at Due Diligence before makingstuff up. It's Paul Deslauriers who is a director and an email likethat would come from management or the chairman not a director. Usually the CEO or President if IR isn't available.First, a fund liquidating position would have shown up under insider trade summaries for the TSX.Second, it's doubtful a new fund manager

You might want to be a little less smug and do some yourself before lecturing people.  A fund would not show up on SEDI unless they owned more than 10%, which 2.2 million shares clearly isn't.  Paul is on the board but his sons are running the IR and are a couple of the largest shareholders  - no reason an IR type wouldn't make a comment like that if they knew about it.

Canadian public funds don't have toregister as an insider as they are required to report elsewhere.I own shares in companies with funds holding 20% plus that never showupunder SEDI. I already apologized but, if it didn't come across like that than I'msorry. This is a BB and everyone's opinionated and entitled to haveone. How does one manipulateinformation? Information is information,how someone interprets that is up to them. Raising questions orpointing out inconsistencies be they positive or negative is valid.If you remember me from Allana than you should also
