man what are you going on about?the SEC is the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is a US organization, and they regulate US markets (well that is their claim, imo they do diddly).the SEC has nothing to do with Canadian stocks.perhaps you could downgrade your userid to "notsomuchofamasterbrain"
