September 30th, 2011 financials???

I am wondering where the quarter end financials are for September 30th, 2011.  They should have been released by now, unless they are declaring that their year end (highly unlikely as they are a new trading company this year).

Could they be in default for not filling properly on time?????

Let the experts tell me the answer.

likesmoney I am no expert but I can do simple DD ( due diligence not dungeon and dragons ) . Sept 30 is their year end so all is good. I could get into the time lines after year end but why waste my time on something you wouldn't understand. Ethiopian Potash Corp. Mailing Address: 200 Bay Street

So Adam, oh I mean Booby-Ten has inboxed me to tell me that September 30th is the company year end.   So, we will see how much cash is left in the till when the financials are released by the end of December 2011 for the year ending September 30, 2011
