The company is currently trying to sort out a number of issues, current management has not been able to provide me an accurate timeline of when things will be turned around.

The property is in good standing, but there isn't any exploration going on right now.

Current management has not yet come to terms with a strategic investor.

I'm sorry I don't have more precise information at this time.
