Just a suggestion

I suspect that many of us here (myself included) are not familiar enough with the situation to compose an all encompassing and factually correct email and thus will probably refrain from contacting the regulators.

 

I think it would help immensely if someone here (Bat?) would compose a draft email and post it here. Others could then comment on it. The end result would be a complete and factually correct email which others could simply copy (maybe slightly modify so they don’t look all the same) and send of to the regulators. The more complaints they receive, the better the chance that they will pay attention.
