has already been made according to Huffington (quebec) but i have to assume it is a lowball bid.hopefully one of the mandates of the special committee  is to obtain the best price for shareholders. i know they have stated that already but saying and doing are much different. personally i hope we DO NOT get bought as we have a lot of blue sky ahead of us. the Timmins situation speaks volumes to the possible ramp up in production at low costs.

My guesstimate of what has/is transpiring: One of the offers may have come from Barrette-Chaplais group for the Matagani, Val d'or, and Ste-Marie sawmills. They have been sniffing around these sawmills for the last 2 years and have finally decided to make an offer seeing as the market has moved up. I don't see anyone else making a move on Eacom as a larger comeptitor would have ...more

somedummy sold 500,000 shares into the market. must have been some amature the way it was done. sold them all at the same time. no strategy. caused my stop loss to get triggered. never using a stop loss again.
