1/2 cent

Makes me shake my head why traders niggle over 1/2 cent when a move of any size will
blow these 1/2 cent bids and offers away like yesterdays dinner. Shows the small minded mentality of people trading these markets and the lack of vision they have in fighting over such
miniscule pricing gaps, but that's just me I guess. I suppose to a day trader. a 1/2 cent makes
his day.

I agree with that statement entirely. If you look at the key points the mgmnt is trying to make. Lower commmodity prices for oil and gas cost countries millions in lost tax revenue. Protecting their investments only makes sense. I saw a sting operation on one of the channels in the US about a group that was fleecing companies in the same way, It was very interesting.
