Please folks listen to the cc (on the website now)   6:24 - 6:52  Mr Rowlands explains "we will continue through our subsidary Xenemetrix to supply and support the petromark technology cause we will continue to be the providers , manufacturers of the analyzers used in the petromark solutions."

Appears to me that they have obtained the best of both worlds , someone with their foot already in the door to carry petromark forward  ,  and at the same time growing our Xenemetrix subsidary .
They will need Xenemetrix analyzers to use with the petromark technology .

K2K-in essence it allows the thing most small companies strive to hit much much quicker.and most never ever attain thta being ..economies of scale and in EUO's side of the equation without the risk and associated drain of sales and marketing costs attributal. The $1.5million minimum is the backstop on the 5% royalty-and it would be folly to assume sales from SICPA when offering a full suite ...more

Mgmt clearly states that they expect royalty revenue to exceed the $1.5 million/yr floor significantly. Also, a large dividend is unlikely since mgmt said they have many acquisition opportunities.
