Gotta like the certainty of cash upfront in this market

Another summermarket lesson learned...the old adage buy in fall sell in spring-and go away-but than again in select pockets money still made in summer market sentiments.

Keek trending $1.30 was .18 last Thurs...for those in at lower levels it became a porftolio maker and loss eraser and venture darling on brutal fundementals but the trend is any new investor in KEEKS friends or for those that averaged down...so those not following the summer market
would be on the outside in-and as many know in some cases fundementals are thrown out the window even if you are a fundementals guy like myself-and stock prices will defy logic and take on a life of their own.

Case in point EUO. My mani position was taken in May 2015 at .055 to .065 per share on 50,000 shares and the stock was more than a 3 bagger in little over a months hold and on that one account is still a 2.5 bagger in what is currently a mid Aug market that has rivaled a couple black Octobers in market fall.

Yet EUO offers certainty-with a $16million upfront cash kick in the wallet-a 5% royalty stream from future GFI contracts with a well respected and super established peer partner from the land of fine watches that being Swiss tag and track mega player SICPA and retained a hardware supply contract in the process with a backstop on the 5% royalty stream-these are all market certainties in a sea of uncertainty currenlty...meaning strong fundementals...erstwhile the killer app to the semi conductor sector is late and I mean senior in their Isreali RandD que for commercial rollout early 2016.

Hard to find fault with EUO and its creation of shareholder value-shareholder payot-and future shareholder ROI in this current market of manic depressive mentality.

Valuations here I exepct will correct to more broader reflect this value discrepancy as the deal gets broken down heading towards ratification and definitive agreement stataus in appx 3 weeks time.
