Deal closing early ? - Deal changed to complete buyout ? - New contracts announced ? - New technology rollout ? - New aquisition and or partnership ? We shall see but something looks inminent !!

Everything is jelling at once perfect time to lay siege to that .18   . I would bet  yes they were offered a full buyout. They should let us know.
