Annual and Special Meeting

Meeting details posted on SEDAR.  It's the AGM but it also says "special" in the reason for the meeting....maybe I'm reaching but it sounds like a $5 buyout is coming...ok I'm definitely reaching

So before May 9 we can expect a very exciting NR stating what makes the meeting 'special' and what we are voting on. Can't wait!

many companies label their annual meeting "annual and special"... you can't read anthing into it
