Wow how big are the Aquisitions they are looking at ??

Q: Are you looking to raise another round? If so, how much? Eurocontrol would consider raising funds for acquisition purposes. If this is the case of raising funds and having $13.5 million already to use these must be huge Aquisition targets they are looking at and one would think the share price would have to be raised significantly from these levels - not sure what's up but something is which could be a very significant Aquisition

Remember it costs a ton of money to support a stock at high levels so why would they run it up and support it and they aren't ready to pull the trigger on anything and release news? It would be bad business whether or not it's good for stock holders short term. If it's a investment long term you won't be concerned if your a day trader then it is what it is. If they buy anything with a 17 Cent Dollar, I will find the necessary backing amongst shareholders to apply the same ratio to their salaries.

Geez, I hope he doesn't intend to raise funds at these prices.  I feel secure though in knowing that Mr. Rowland holds alot of this stock personally so it's in his own interest to do a raise at a much higher share price.  SICPA sits on the board and owns alot of shares so their interests are aligned with us shareholders as well.  Unlike U.S. swing state voters, I don't ...more
