I kind of thought so seen numerous articles in the summer where he did not mention EUO I believe it was timing he didn't want to wait he sold his shares to Sicpa and bought OEE when it was at .10 or so totally a timing scenario

Everything he said was positive. The fact that he sold his shares after  he doubled his money to move in to something else is normal course. He talks in riddles though... The chart tells more of a story than he does.

McWhirter isn't the only analyst to recently have completely sold his EUO holdings, Edward Vranic also sold. In the link you provided he also states the following. Despite my decision to sell, I remain bullish on this company and believe it is an ideal investment for investors with a longer time horizon but a limited ability to accept risk. Both men had nothing but good to say about EUO. Timing is more important to these people - they have to show profits on a shorter term basis. For me, if I can get a double within a couple years, that's fine.
