If there was ever a good time for NCIB buying...

... it would be now, but off course EUO is nowhere to be seen with their NCIB buying. I really, genuinely do not understand the slightest bit of their NCIB strategy.

Anyone else feels that EUO is deliberately driving the SP down? I just can't believe they are this incapable at keeping the SP at a certain level. Perhaps SICPA is preparing a takeover bid??

Ringert, actually i think the opposite is true. NCIB and Bruce both on the buy last couple days in open market. The blackout was lifted recently - thats the real cause of the weakness right now as investors have the attention span of a gnat and if they don't think any major announcement is immediately pending, they sell and move on. Not too sure Endeavour... I don't think there was even a blackout. In the period that there was no insider buying the SP was around .16-.18. The reason the NCIB was initiated in the first place was that EUO thought the SP wasn't representing the true value of the company (this was at .15). Apparently they think .16-.18 does represent the true value of the company, hence no insider buying ...more

Ringert: You said “I really, genuinely do not understand the slightest bit of their NCIB strategy.”  There is nothing to understand because in order to have a bad NCIB strategy, one has to have a strategy to begin with.   The repurchase of roughly 1 Mil shares at an approximate average cost of $0.16 does not speak for any sort of strategy especially if you consider that the NCIB was ...more

Fair point Kidl... A 13 year old could do a better job at NCIB's than the mess EUO have made of it.
