GFI Albania – Panama Papers

Does anyone recall GFI Albania ever mentioned in any of EUO’s Sedar filings? I have looked and couldn’t find anything which is sort of strange since EUO (GFI) seems to have been a partner.

GFI ALBANIA was sold to a Swiss outfit with address in Zug, offshore companies capital of Switzerland to PCP with a straw man as Director. Cant get any shadier.... Strong corporate Israeli secrecy, CEOs with R&D engineering consultancy companies buying an old customer and now running it with never ending R&D programs, Sham Swiss companies.... frankly I dont know how some get to sleep at ...more
