Bruce buying - A good sign?
If this was indeed Bruce, the (no near term) news angle is just one aspect. The other aspect is his personal trading record and the way he (mis)handled shareholders’ money during the share buyback.
Both suggest that selling when he is buying was and very possibly still is the way to go.
The reason I keep coming back to this mishandled NCIB:
Bruce has essentially no control over anything. Doron is firmly in charge of the 2X kingdom, Croptimal is in the hands of Netafim / Doron(?) and SICPA does what SICPA does with GFI.
The NCIB was essentially the one thing Bruce had total control of aside from having to get a token OK from EUO’s so called BOD and what does he do? He blows it.
11 years of operational and valuation losses and there was his one chance to make a little money for shareholders and there are still people around who support this charade ...
Mind boggling!

Doesn't matter what, but whenever Bruce does something I regard it as a bad sign by now...
