Unsuspecting victims ... Not sure about that. There are currently 24 bidders who are willing to pay 6 cents or more. I doubt any of them are unsuspecting. That is unless they are completely deaf, dumb and blind. My guess is that most of them are subscribing to the hardly ever winning investment theory of averaging down.
