There are at least three potential catalysts that would swiftly reverse SP momentum.

1) Q3 results of income between $800K to $1M, representing the best quarter in more than two years.

2) A long-awaited Xwinsys contract win that includes recurring revenue.

3) SICPA winning the Philippines fuel marking contract.

Lol, indeed Chutzpah. 1. Where could that sudden spike in revenue possibly come from? 2. Xwinsys contracts are, if they ever happen, one-time revenue only 3. Philippines is a small fish, this will definitely not do anything for EUO.
