Well, now it’s a “clean” shell with about $4 Mil in future cash if you discount the “Assets held for sale” which are window dressing. This represents around $0.04 per share. If you now account for roughly $450 in quarterly expenses, this is your typical “shell” which primarily / exclusively serves to keep insiders in “groceries” for the next couple of years with fat salaries and ...more
