Toronto-based EV Nickel (TSXV: EVNI) is a young player in the North American base metals business. The company was founded in January 2021 and went public just two months later. The mining junior currently has a clear portfolio with only one project: "Shaw Dome", located about 25 kilometers south of the mining town of Timmins in Ontario. EV Nickel acquired the project from Rogue Resources Inc. in March 2021 and subsequently expanded the property through additional land purchases.
