I'll provide one more post - ( giggles )
In some cases, nickel will be found on solid slution converted to a - salt.
Nickel Chloride.
Online search -
If a sodium peroxide was used on Nickel Chloride -
apparently on Quarum science - forum - the reaction won't occur.
What would work on a nickel chloride ?
Sodium hydroxide would work .
It allows for a swap.
Knowing the ( state ) of nickel, is imperitive.
Instead of assuming it's an oxide... it could very well be a - chloride nickel salt.
Nickel chloride (NiCl2) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) react
= green colour nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2) precipitate and sodium chloride (NaCl So... i would also suggest using this method also...
In addition....
PGE's can also be found in, olivines.
Read this last eve -
Now... most don't think of coppe,r or other precious metals as salts...
But in fact... they too can convert to salts.
Which is prob wise to perform - ( sodium hydroxide + palin peroxide tests on the ) olivines.
As for evni's mesh or micron sizing - press excerpt - all good -
split is pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns
Other than ... recheck the olivines...
hoping for more nickel or other minerals... this junior is looking good.
I still can't bleeive how mcuh the Timmins area has in nickel.
Quite incredible... when comparing Sudbury.
I would say... Timmins is the new, Sudbury...lol
I do think this company has something good going on...
I like how the Prez addresses various subjects, on mark, and on the ball.
And, if i could pinch the geologist, tease, and convinced him to do a double take on the olivines,
i would be quite pleased.
Knowing what type of nickel, in the olivines ( most olivines has nickel )
Whether oxide or salt - then... employing the best reagent to ensure synthesis and detection.
Suppose they did find more nickel, or even another mineral hidden in the silicates,
and added more nickel or other mineral in an EQ nickel value...
This stock ain't sitting at this price... lol
