UpdateOk, now it is Sept 05 and EVOK closed at 5.48 usd yesterday. All the insiders have exercised thier warrants which is a good sign. If a company is sold and there are unexercused warrabts then those warrants are void. So the insiders exercising all of thier available warrants is a pretty good sign they have taken a neccessary step ahead to sell the company. That is their stated goal and also in line with previous companies that they have brought to this point and then sold. A sale could literally be announced any day now but I am holding until that does happen, even if it is a few months. EVOK also closed at 5.59 in the after hours market.
