ROC and Horizon merge

This should get things going for EWD as Horizon has joint ventures with EWD in PNG.. This ROC-Horizon merger is worth an estimated 800 million dollars. EWD should be an easy stratigic takeover target by ROC-Horizon or by their major competition just to piss them off.

Hope you are right but they have been "sold" in the past and we have seen how that has gone. THe wait on this is painful and I have been one of the backers of it....
