They did the same thing in 2017. Pumped it parabolic style. Did a pp below sp. it collapsed soon after and bled out until now. They are doing it again.

I think Penske is refferring to 3 years ago when the MJ market was in its infancy and the hype but if you look at the overall players during that time and in between now and beginning 2018 many in the space had gone up and come back down.....
