I smell a contract(s) here dealing with marine transport on both the west and east coasts for the control of tanker traffic to protect the environment and endangered species. Note the language in the PR "minimize the impact of shipping on marine life and the broader environment".

XCT could contribute a major mitigation step in addressing the deficiencies in the Environmental study for the TransMountain pipeline.

Thx for post. I think this is tip of the iceberg for XCT. Did you read about new shipping route that opened in the artic above Russia?
