Back of the envelop calculation on value

So they have brought this puppy from 50bbl/d to about 500 bbls/d. Using the 500 bbl/d and a rule of thumb $50,000 USD/bbl (MOL 25% WI) equates to about 0.46 $CAD/share. So we need guidance for 2017, growth plans. Assuming they will continue to grow production, let's say to 1000 bbl/d; that would make a projected target share price of >0.90$CAD/share! The reserve report will shed a little light on the potential upside development case. Comments / thoughts?

Have'nt looked at these for quite some time so not really up to speed.  Despite the recent drop, I assume this is quite good news and they seem to be quite happy with Ponderosa as operators.  Is this what you were including ing in your back of envelope calculations ? https://www.oilandgas360.com/molori-energy-inc-acquires-additional-production/

My guess that they could grow production to 1000bbl/d was based on the past growth from 50 bbl/d to 500 (10x) and that they has 50 leases. The additional 25 leases will only make the growth to 1000 that much certain.
