might be a good idea to inquire with Joel on what his thoughts are and if they have been in contact with Octant. Seems Octant is pursuing Tanzania area first?

Toronto listed junior Octant Energy Corp (CVE:OEL) has revealed its done a deal with the administrators of Afren to buy oil and gas assets in Kenya and Tanzania. It is acquiring two blocks in Kenya - L17/L18 and Block 1- and one asset, the Tanga Block, in Southern Tanzania. April 7, 2017 Octant Energy Corp said its deal to buy oil assets in Kenya is expected to be finalised within the next two weeks and revealed it had closed the second tranche of its debenture financing for US$9mln. Octant is assuming Afren's 80% interest, that would indicate that the original license is still valid, which should mean that MOL has its' interest still?

Thanks for posting the response. I think they should keep their position in Kenya as I believe they are carried on this drill anyways according to the previous agreement with Afren (which the obligation should be transferred to Octant), as such it would be a free ride on what could be substantially large upside.
