gambling on management?

I'm new to investing and am researching potential buyouts which always seem to lead back to management. Fantasy is on my list if only for the fact its collapse has been incredible.

I found an EBook which reveals there have been 3 components needed in every junior tech buyout over the past 5 years.. at least in North America.

Fantasy appears to have 2 of them, similar with 3 past buyout deals outlined in a report on 50 buyout candidates for 2015.

The review goes in depth on what it takes for a junior tech stock to be bought out and which top CEOs (50 of them) led companies to that success.

The companies and how to value them properly begin on page 14 or so of this free report.

Anyone who is unsure of management and wants to up their IQ on takeovers in the NA tech sector should read this, before holding on or betting the farm.
