Theres as much stock down here as anyone could want....attempt to get others to sell..lol. There is probably 10 million shares available between 3-4c.   Or more!  They (insiders-managment) need to dump as much free floating stock as they can just to get a hugely dillutive PP together.  Time to wait ...FAS will need a ROLLBACK to stay afloat...bring in new money.  That ...more

Agreed that buying before a rollback is unwise, but why you feel so certain of a rollback? There's only 83m shares out...if they could manage a pp @10 (I know they'd need to get sp up), 20m shares would go a long way and still there would only be 100m OS...not great but not deviating by any means.

Maybe, I would still buy shares now.  It depends on the how much they get on their next PP.  The potential is obviously there even though the sp doesn't reflect it right now.
