Doubts about the PP - ROLL BACK first....then PP
FAS wont be able to get this 2.5c financing done in this macro environment.
Just like in the summer they first tried to do a PP at 16c....they had to settle for
a 10c PP. They didnt employ any proper IR/ market making then, so how will they get this
2.5c PP done now? Again, NO IR or MARKET SUPPORT.
Who will buy a 2.5c financing without a sweetner...NO WARRANT. These guys DO NOT
understand MARKET strategies , dynamics, ....really anything about PUBCO managment.
They are asleep and are way too delayed in their execution of getting money in the bank.
They may know their tech business, but they DONT KNOW ANYTHING about raising money.
They have driven the stock into the ground, DESTROYED the very DTS vehicle they RTO'd.
Im disgusted with the ignorance.
The financials will show that summer PP money hemoraged into the pockets of their "advisors" and other rediculous expenses.
ROLL BACK is coming .....pre PP.
