FASDD no longer a ticker, google says private company??

I had a GTC in at .062 on ameritrade and this morning it was cancelled and FASDD is no longer a ticket, has no bid/ask.  Last trade was .077 yet my account says shares are worth .06.  If you searcht he ticker on Google it claims Fantasy Aces is a private co.  ... What's going on???

Otbcc stocks get temporarily (usually 30 days) assigned a different stock symbol when Corp. reorgs occur like share consolidations

That should read otcbb and here is a case in point.... Not convinced that the signing will take place in NY, so I'm getting out at 0.095.

Before I put my ask at 0.095, anon was selling at 0.10 and 0.095, now he keeps selling and lower, anything ahead of me.  Why would he be selling at almost any cost and who would have so much to sell and hide behind 01?

Along with that Oldlum and Scotia were buyers at 0.095, but now, no where to be seen.
