Are you sure he reported on time? in total there were less than 2M traded between the split date and July 25th.

Again I find it mysterious (being polite) that there was on that day 421K traded but this guy was able to buy more than a million???? I remember checking the tape that day and I recall that there were numerous houses involved in the buying activity against the selling from anonymous. So if he bought all of the shares that day, he did it with numerous houses and it should have totalled 421K not 1
