Class Action Lawsuit

If anyone wants to pursue this, I read somewhere that Fantasy Aces was not segregating player's funds dating back to 2015.  There was an audit done last year and the auditors gave the company an unmodified opinion.  It is interesting that the auditors did not have an issue with the company's internal control procedures.  Section 5295 of Canadian auditing standards requires auditors to perform an audit of internal controls and it should be integrated with the audit of the financial statements.  Investors were misled not only by management but also by the the auditors of this company!

I think we definitely have a case.
