URM to Fully Acquire Red Basin Uranium/Vanadium Project

First American Uranium Inc. (URM.c FAUMF) is set to acquire a 100% interest in the Red Basin Uranium/Vanadium Property (Catron County, New Mexico).

The Red Basin property has a rich history of uranium and vanadium exploration. The region has been subject to previous studies estimating a resource between 1.6 and 6.5 million pounds of U3O8.

Exploration and minor production in the area began in the 1950s, with Gulf Oil Corporation conducting over 1,000 drill holes in the 1970s.

The property's strategic location makes it an area of significant historical uranium exploration.
