Does anyone know what this rights offering actually means, is it just an opportunity to by in at this set price (what if I do nothing will it change the # of stocks I already have)

It means you have the right to blow your financial brains out if you are stupid enough to use the warrant they ;gave' you to buy more shares in this dog. The warrants have depreciated by 90% since they were issued. This company is close to being toast IMO. the markt certainly has no use for it.
