Of course, that is 2 weeks pay for Cote.  1 week if you include his additional compensation such as future pension, etc.  Why doesn't he put some serious money into the company he is trying to turn around?  He makes about $40k per month in salary and he buys $25k in stock?  Don't get me wrong, it is a good start.
