I used to be a big supporter, but as time went on, more and more BS came out of his mouth, and the SP dropped, I basically wrote off the value of my shares.  The man is is just a liar, and con man, nothing more, and a whole lot less!!

It does not have SENS halted at the same time so presumably has nothing to do with finally distributing the SENS shares. That likely leaves two things, blockchain and pot, and the blockchain business is a bust so maybe we are doing something in the pot business. A day late and a dollar short!

A CEO known for making one blunder after another.  Both companies are bleeding out just a matter of time before they have to float more shares or borrow money to keep afloat.  I am guessing they will float more shares on the premise they need the money to partner or buy another company but I would suspect the main purpose is to keep them afloat so Allan can continue to draw his $162K

I did call the "pot" business approach. 1 point for that but I still say they are a day late and a dollar short as they were with the blockchain. This will carry us until the next 'fad' shows up -- maybe they will swing the pot into fake meat and protein. :-)))

this probably means that SENS shares will NEVER be issues to August shareholders. this also means that IEQ shareholders will wind up holding just 9% of a new entity that already has hundreds of millions of shares talk about dilution then there will most likely be a 10:1 consolidation after the reverse takeover effectively wiping out any value there may be left in this a sad day for investors

does anyone know where these canncentral shares are listed?? can;t find this company anywhere?????

I don't believe they are listed -- that is why they are doing a reverse take over of IEQ so they can get listed. And, as was stated, with IEQ being taken over any committment for distributing the SENS shares likely goes out the window. There oughta be a law!

Thanks for the info Pandora What a disaster this stock has turned into. Getting taken over by a company that has only 4000 followers on Facebook My dog has 25000 followers on Instagram!!!! Maybe I should have called Allan and had my dog instagram page take over Intellequity.... We may make more money down the road Pathetic
