MEDIA CENTRAL CORPORATION INC. ANNOUNCES LISTING ON FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE UNDER THE SYMBOL "3AT"

Media Central Corporation Inc.'s common shares are now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE), trading under the ticker symbol 3AT. The Company's shares continue to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "FLYY".

"We are pleased to be trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, offering broad access to the Company's shares for institutional and retail investors," said Brian Kalish, chief executive officer for Media Central Corporation Inc. "Our FSE listing is a meaningful step in the Company's growth and will allow MediaCentrals's European investors to more easily participate in our continued success and creating shareholder value".

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the largest of the seven stock exchanges in Germany with over 1.4 million securities tradable such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, ETCs, ETNs, funds, warrants and certificates. The FSE facilitates advanced electronic trading, settlement and information systems allowing it to meet the growing requirements of cross-border trading. I thought if I had it straight that FoxTek became SENS or at least under the SENS banner. Anyway, the only email I had for Allen was the FoxTek one. I sent an email to Allen@ foxtek.com which got rejected but referred me to mdemiral@foxtek.com who siad he has no insight into this transaction(GreenInsightz LOI) but referred me to jay@foxtek.com who has not responded yet. As far as being confused I believe IEQ has become FLYY which is Media Central. IEQ's main asset I think was Marcon after the AAO split but when they made the move to FLYY I think they sold off Marcon -- but I'm not definite on that. MOO became SENS and acquired FoxTek in the original AAO split and FoxTek still appears to have some oil&gas contract business, although not a lot. All of ...more

To clarify my previous post, IEQ's main asset was SENS, which owned Foxtech and some shut-in oil wells carried forward from MOO. A good portion of SENS shares were distributed for free to IEQ shareholders, and the rest were "sold" to Marcon for the assumption of debt. This cleared the books for the IEQ shell to become FLYY without any strings to the old company. The new company is ...more

The new company is now under new management. When I sent my email to allen@foxtek.com I got a response from a guy by the name of M. Demiral. I presumed he is now running "FoxTek" as he responds to the foxtek address and issues emails under the foxtek address. Although that is my assumption he also said that Allem would likely respond --- but he hasn't. When I asked about the ...more

I meant this company was under new management. The SENS company is on a separate board, and has no connection to Media Central Corporation.
