FLYY has 338 Mil shares outstanding & they are issuing 200 Mil shares for this acquisition, cant issue more than 1/2 the outstanding without a shareholder vote.

On its face looks like a great deal for MC and not necessarily so good for VP. Here is why: 1) MC issuing 200M shares even at an inflated price of 1.5c is like paying the equivalent of $3M for the purchase for a company with a LTM EBITDA approaching $400k, so 7.5 x EBITDA, which for a fast growing company sounds like a lowish multiple. 2) More importantly MC gets access to much needed cash ...more

The Budtree acquisition failed to happen because the share price of FLYY dropped by around 60% immediately after the deal was announced. So, as a response, Mr. Knish says he didn't really want to buy a pot company, and he doesn't really want to follow through on his initial plan to consolidate North American alt-weeklies. They must have ran out or running very low on that wonder fuel because they still don't see September monthly progress report. Either that or the report is weighed down by bad news no kind or amount of fuel will help.
