Hold the celebration. The facts and reality on the ground haven't changed. The company is in dire, that's an understatement, financial situation. Hugely indebted relative to its size and earning capacity and will immediately require a significant cash infusion. No idea where the cash may come from but either way more dilution for existing shareholders. Anyway we'll soon find out the ...more

Alternatively, you could get really drunk, set fire to your money and watch the interesting colours as it burns. That might be a more rewarding, less frustrating thing to do. I mean, you just noted that insiders somehow got their hands on 14 million shares at gross value of nothing. Doesn't that establish the actual value per share at... nothing? And then there's Mr. Reality Czech's ...more

Fair enough. I have a feeling the shares could have been transferred or gifted from the accounts of the 'Concerened Shareholders' wives who also held shares personally. Not sure how it's possible to just accumulate shares for zero unless they were gifted or transferred at arm's length.  So you think these folks are spending money on meetings and materials out of their own ...more

https://nowtoronto.com/news/now-magazine-is-doing-home-delivery I need to agree with my friend from Prague, the knowledgable Mr. Czech. So, the moneybags might cough up some more operating dough. Now what? This business is built on a foundation of nothing, and there's no path forward to save it. In the latest non-brainstorm, NOW Toronto is going to compete with established neighborhood ...more
