Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 16, 2023) - Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: FMC) (OTCQB: FDCFF) ("Forum" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release of March 6, 2023, it has revised and completed the acquisition of Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc.'s ("RTEC") interest in the Janice Lake copper project in northern Saskatchewan, giving Forum a 100% interest in the project.
