Forget...
...the recent history. The 2 year chart really shows what a lack of management direction and lack of decision making has done to the potential of this otherwise great science.
What is needed is a strong message through change in leadership then a new direction.
This has the feeling of a management frozen by stubborn resistance. This company is in need of emancipation.
